Unity Version Control - Plastic SCM Connection Problem

I am experiencing an issue connecting to the server through Unity Version Control, also known as Plastic SCM, which is significantly slowing down the Unity editor. Previously, I was able to resolve this issue by adding my IP address to the Network Allow List through the dashboard on the Plastic SCM website. However, for the past week, every time I try to access the Network Allow List on the dashboard, I receive a 500 error, and now, Unity Version Control is completely unable to connect within the Unity editor. I am looking for a solution to this problem.

Could you open a ticket with us at devops-vcs-support@unity3d.com?
I think it will be faster to debug it.

I solved the problem this way. I managed to find the network allows list on the Unity dashboard and added my IP address there. However, the network allows list on the PlasticSCM dashboard still doesn’t work.

The plasticscm.com is deprecated. It’s still available and should mostly work but we encourage you to use the Unity dashboard instead. It includes all the latest improvements and it’s the one we will support in the future.
