Unity Video player and Blob Contents

Hey, so my question is, with Unity WebGL, lets say i returned a Blob url, such as this (blob:http://127.0.0.1:8080/03bfea28-fdbe-4544-95f8-4de26b026dd1) Can Unity Video player play that URL, or do I have todo somthing to it such that it can play it?

Did you ever figure this out? I keep getting an error when attempting to do this.
