I’m looking for a comparison between these 3 game engine licensing options. We intend to use them for architectural visualization. Really only the cost of the license and updates, type of license and export formats. The information is pretty scattered, even on their websites. Has this been compiled anywhere? Thanks.
Its my opinion but Unity3d is the best its easy, good, and with support and forums. Cryengine is awesome but its really hard so thts the problem. The Unreal engine sucks because the graphics sucks and its hard. But everybody has a different point of view and diff choices so for somebody Unity3d is the best for somebody Cryengine is the best and for some ppl Unreal Engine is the best.
Please refrain from another engine comparison thread. Links to the license page of the engines asked for only please.
Yea, i’m all about Unity! I’m just looking for facts to defend my position. I’m using unity, 2 other guys are using the other 2 engines. Our company is trying to make a decision, and buy one. Their licensing structure is so freggin complicated! I’m looking for numbers.
