I have a IBM ThinkPad T40, with Mobility Radeon 7500. When I tried to run Unity Web Player it says something like “Requires DirectX 9, make sure you have a graphics card with drivers”. I have DirectX 9.0c. As far as I can tell from the Lenovo website, I don’t have any updates. What is going on?
That graphics card is extremely old and doesn’t support the required features to run Unity content, regardless of what Direct3D version you have.
