unity WebPlayer 570k ?

i have got a unity webplayer from Unity Real-Time Development Platform | 3D, 2D, VR & AR Engine
but it’s only 570kb,so it is not entirly completely? after i installed the 570kb webplayer it just doesn’t work. must i install the webplayer online?for what’s the reason
