Unity Pro was set to auto renew off multiple times but they just turn it back to auto renew. I have not used UNITY in almost 8 months and never did anything with my subscription. Now it is starting a new year of theft from me because it won’t save changes to the account for being off auto renew. Worst company to deal with ever.
I suppose the only way to ever get away is the cancel the credit card it is connected to??
This is a community site, not a customer support site. If you don’t have assets or anything to risk, you can chargeback. Otherwise, you’ll have to actually get someone on the phone or through other official channels.
That’s why I’ll never sign up for the Pro version, I hate talking to call centres, particularly International ones that don’t understand most UK regional dialects.
