Unity window full screen but misaligned

Greetings! As part of a course I recently picked up, I’ve downloaded a version of Unity and on first open and subsequent launches, it has looked like how it does in the screenshot :

Edit : Screenshot shows full screen (Minus personal stuff on system tray)
Resolution : 1920 X 1080 (Native)
Information : Version 4.6.9f1 (Necessary as per course instructions).
OS : Windows 10 64 Bit Home edition
Additional info : The bottom right icons in some segments are just Nvidia Shadowplay for some reason thinking it can capture video info out of those.

Details : Window appears to actually be full screen and appropriate resolution for my monitor, but the window itself is “stuck” and immovable, can not access top right management buttons [minimize, FS, close] . Functionality, 5 minutes in and as far as I can tell, is otherwise fine.
Would anyone have any idea what is causing this ?_?

For those curious, Unity 5+ will be installed later as the course calls for it.

You try to click on Window\Layouts\Revert Factory Settings

Tried that just now - it didn’t help ;_; .
Thanks though.

You try to press the shortcut keys of windows:
Alt + Space then X

Oh! Nice - it says “close” but it actually fixed the window! Thank you!
