UNITY_WINRT_8_1 not defined for Universal Apps?

UNITY_WINRT_8_1 is NOT defined like it says it should in the docs: http://docs.unity3d.com/Manual/WindowsUniversalApps-faq.html

How am I suppost to determine if I’m building for Universal?

I guess I can use “EditorUserBuildSettings.metroSDK == MetroSDK.UniversalSDK81” for my needs.

This code is for editor plugins, as it’s only available in editor.
UNITY_WINRT_8_1 won’t be defined for editor plugins, but it should for game scripts.
