Unity won't open .unitypackage file?

Hi, i downloaded the newest official Version of Unity and wanted to open a .unitypackage File. But if i drag it in or just simply try to open it, there is just the Windows Failure sound. What sha’ll i do?

Try top open it by going to Assets/Open Custom Package
