Yes, use the ones in the learn section.

They are typically excellent. The only reason to go anywhere else is when you hit the limit of what the learn section covers.
The other thing you need to do is actually make a game.
go through the make a game tutorials on Unity, then search on youtube for other make a game tutorials. The other videos under the learn section are good too, but they are one-off and it is sometimes hard to see the big picture when watching a bunch of one-off unrelated videos.
