How i can make something like this?

Hello. You can check the player’s position relative to the map borders. For example:

        Vector3 pos = player.transform.position;
        if (pos.x >= 20) // right border
        {
            player.transform.position += new Vector3(-39, 0, 0);
        }
        if (pos.x <= -20) // left border
        {
            player.transform.position += new Vector3( 39, 0, 0);
        }

        if (pos.y >= 20) // up border
        {
            player.transform.position += new Vector3(0, -39, 0);
        }
        if (pos.y <= -20) // down border
        {
            player.transform.position += new Vector3(0, 39, 0);
