Unity3d and Kinect OSX install...

Ahoy, I usually have pretty good luck with installing new tech, but this one has me baffled. I'm simply trying to get my Kinect to work with Unity3d. I've read thru all kinds of things pointing to OpenNI and NITE. These tutorials are wonderful, but they all seem to use terminal for installation / testing. For someone who stays on the application side of things, I'm looking for some help to get me going.

My target is to simply get a skeleton in unity3D controlled by the Kinect on a OSX 10.6 Macbook Pro. After that, the door is wide open for me. Any simple step by step instructions out there that don't require a Mac tech to achieve?

Thanks in advance, CapnJ
