Unity3d error start

hello good people came here today because I got tired of trying to solve a bug that’s going on with me two months with Unity3D.

I try to open it and look at the error that happens:

to fix the bug already tried:

1 → Click all buttons however they’re also errors (the buttons do not do any action)

2 → Reinstall the Unity3D 5.1.1 (Version I use)

3 → disable antivirus and firewall windowns

I do not know what to do to resolve this error, anyone who can help me.
