Unity3D licensing and small mobile app

Hi,

I have asked Unity3D by contact form two times, but still no answer from there.
Can you please answer me on the following question? I want to develop small mobile software using Unity3D, because I like it and it is good to work with it.
But I am in doubt regarding license policy of Unity3D.
What I am want to develop is not a gambling software, it is just simple app, for example as calendar.
It is will be enough for me to have only your usual license of Unity3D to develop such software using Unity3D and sell? Or I need some special license as it is for gambling software?

I have posted my question to Unity3D Answers(sorry):
http://answers.unity3d.com/questions/854932/unity3d-licensing-and-small-mobile-app.html

I am in doubt because I have read that gambling/architecture applications(software), that developed using Unity3D, require additional license/price. And I just wanted to figure out if that requirements apply for all software(non game) developed using Unity3D or only for gambling/architecture software.

Thanks,
Sergey

You should be fine, but developing a non-game application with Unity is not that optimal due to its internal structure (which leads to high battery usage).

Thank you for your answer and that you pointed me to the high battery usage issue.

How did you contact us initially?

You can create a non-game app with Unity, the restrictions only apply for those specific things.

Hi,
