Unity3D + smartfox + Jelastic

Hi guys,

I am running the smartfox instance in a jelastic cloud server. The instance is running fine as i am able to connect to the smartfox administrator. When i am trying to connect the connector demo from unity itself i am getting this error “[SFS > ERROR] [TCPSocketLayer] Connection error: A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond”. Could someone giud me on what i am doing wrong?

Hello.

Can you describe how do you connect to Jelastic cartridge with Smartfox?
Which ports do you use?
Also, can you give your environment domain in Jelastic?

Does Jelastic cloud server provide like an unlimited but restricted trial version for free?

You are able to use 14-day trial. Almost all Jelastic hosters provide it.
