Unity5 license

I had a Pro subscription purchased 2 months before Unity5 launch and after seeing the changes, I decided to migrate to flexible plan and cancel the subscription until later in my development schedule.

I have sent an email to support and subscriptions email addresses applying for the cancellation of my subscription but still no answer (at least 2 weeks have passed since my first email).

Can anyone shed some light about how this new flexible plan works? I suppose I can reactivate/continue my Pro subscription without problems when I ask in a few months but I’m not sure… I’m seeing this “toggling” very strange and with no response from those emails.

Just need some guidance on this. Thank you.
