unity5 low performance

i have upgrade form unity 4.6 to 5 and the performance has decreased from 120 fps with the real time shadows at high quality to 54-40 fps with the real time shadows at low quality.
Can some one help me is this a issue or enlighten is too heavy?

i have a intel core i3 and intel hd chaphic 3000.
4gb ram 64 bit windows 7.

Have you looked at the profiler? Window → Profiler
