Hi Unity Community (heh…rhymes!)
Sorry to have my first post on the forum be a cry for help but maybe someone has similiar problems and maybe even a solution.
My Issues is that the unity_csc.bat file gets deleted seemingly at random. (path: D:\Unity\2019.2.18f1\Editor\Data\Tools\RoslynScripts\unity_csc.bat)
I googled A lot today to find anything on this issue. But all I could come up with is that sometimes that file is not accessible or a antivirus blocks it. Neither is the case - for me it just dissapears. Leading to me not being able to recompile or work with anything in the editor.
First I thought it was happening because I created .cs files in the solution. Cause first time it happened when I renamed/moved Script Files in VS2017 and not via the Editor (learned my lesson there)
But it happens on occassion when I just try to rebuild the Solution like normal.
My only solution so far: Reinstalling. But thats quite the hassle every time it happens tbh.
I dont quite understand why the error even happens - or if it is my behaviour causing it. And I am not quite sure what the file even does - maybe someone would explain it to me?
