Hi all, I’m newbie.
i got a problem with UnityAds sdkbox,
when i build my app on android on debug mode, it’s work fine. But when i build in release mode, it’s not show up, does anyone know how to solve this.

@vivekpsaini Could you post a logcat log from your device? It would be good to check to see how it compares to the original post.
works fine with debug mode , not working in release mode .i am working with cocos2dx
Thanks for that. If it’s working in debug, but not release, that would suggest a problem of some kind.
Are you on the latest version of the SDK? (3.4.2)
If not, I’d recommend updating to see if that fixes the problem.

If you could send details of how you’re implementing Unity Ads, which devices you’re testing on, full logs, etc - as much information as possible would be very helpful for us to reproduce the problem and then find a solution.
@kyle-unity All Done! thanks for support. May be it was a version issue. Also i am still struggling with banner ads, i am going through some solution, i will get back to you if it wont be done. Thanks Again!
How did you solve this problem?
I’m using sdkbox for cocos2d-x and having the same bugs and logcat (Unity service version 3.2.0).
I don’t know how to upgrade to SKD 3.4.2 as supporter said.
