when I update Remote Config package to version 3.0.0-pre15, the error still exist, even get empty object with the response when play in editor,.

But when I play in editor, Remote Config request can fetch the correct respon.

When I use FireFox to access the url “https://remote-config-api.uca.cloud.unity3d.com/”, the result is time out too. I’m in China.

I can’t use Remote Config Window in editor.Can someone help me to fix it? Thx!

If you are in China, the endpoint may be being blocked. Unfortunately there is nothing we can do at this end, if this is the case. You can try using a VPN, or perhaps use your phone as a hotspot, as a test.

You are right. I can open and connect Remote Config Window when i using a VPN.Thx.
