UnityEngine.Component.collider is obselete. Use GetComponent() instead(javascript).

here is my script that i tried to use for a gun:

var projectile : Rigidbody;
var speed = 1000;
function Update()
{
if ( Input.GetButtonDown( “Fire1” ) )
{
var instantiatedProjectile : Rigidbody = Instantiate (
projectile, transform.position, transform.rotation );
instantiatedProjectile.velocity =
transform.TransformDirection( Vector3( 0, 0, speed) );
Physics.IgnoreCollision( instantiatedProjectile.collider, transform.root.collider );
}
}

I need help because it doesn’t make any sense to me at all.
