UnityPark Updated Equivalent

From what I can tell UnityPark/uLink is dead. What are up to date equivalents to it?

I like being able to create my server information and have the server know physics inside of Unity, basically UnityPark was the perfect solution but it is outdated. What would be my best choice?

unet replace it, check my signature for a good example of Unet server usage

Wait what, I thought UNet was only for P2P type connections? Are you saying I can use UNet with a dedicated server?
