Probably a hardware/driver problem, most likely your graphics card. Could be anything, broken hardware, faulty drivers, maybe even faulty BIOS, who knows. Try running FurMark or other program that uses your GPU and see if that works. If yes, then maybe try reinstalling Unity, otherwise try updating your graphics card drivers.
