Unpurchasable assets cause the cart to fail to open, what issue is causing this?

Hello, Recently I’ve noticed that the buy button and add to cart and favorite buttons for some assets in the Unity Asset Store have been loading and unclickable.

By tapping the love button to collect, after adding to cart in it, I will find that the number of carts accumulates, but I still can’t jump to the payment page, and the button to view cart prompts when clicked [!!! Failed to render view !!! Internal Server Error].

So, what is the problem please? Internal Server Error]. I can’t view my shopping cart properly.

May I ask how you solved this problem?

I contacted Unity’s official customer service, and they helped me update the shopping cart database. The prerequisite was that I had to manually back up the assets previously in the shopping cart. After they completed the update, the data in the shopping cart was cleared and returned to normal.
