What in the world do the green blotch and the ? icon mean over my folders and scripts/scene?

I’d almost assume you had some version control plugin tied in. But I’d think you’d know if you’d done that.
I’m using Sourcetree, but I’ve not installed it as a plugin. That said, I’m new enough to Unity to not be certain of that. I’ll be back with my unit this afternoon. I’ll look into it.
If that were the cause, why are only those scripts marked?
