I keep getting this error message when trying to load asset bundles on the iPhone.:
Invalid serialized file version. File: “none”. Expected version: 3.1.0f3. Actual version: 3.0.0f5.
I know, first time seeing this you’d say, “Obviously you’re using the old asset bundles you created before you upgraded to Unity 3.1.” That’s what I thought too, so I tried at least 3 times to recreate them with Unity 3.1. and…I get the same results. Even stranger is that some work, some don’t, but they always work in the Unity Editor. What gives? What have I not thought of?
