Unwanted eye adaptation effect/Overexposure after switching to HDRP

Ive converted my project to use the hdrp package, since i wanted to use shadergraph. After converting all my materials to hdrp lit im getting an unwanted dynamic overexposure/eye adaptation effect. If i look at dark surfaces (eg the floor) or away drom my hdri’s light source and then back into the light, the whole scene is completly overexposed. Like plain white overexposed. This might be a wanted effect in some projects, but id like to aim for an even lighting everywhere.

I think this might be because of either my material settings or the lighting settings, since disabling everything else seems to have no effect.

I really tried to google this but im having a hard time since i don’t know what im actually looking for.

Thanks for any help in advance.
