Does anyone know a good plugin to help making game updates easier?
I remember someday when i saw a plugin, which you could update your game
without having to upload a whole new building, but i can’t find it anymore.

Look for general game patching tools. I don’t think this necessarily needs to be Unity specific.
" Crafty "patching system for Unity projects. - Community Showcases - Unity Discussions Crafty seems to work well. I think it does the binary patching thing.
