Hi,
It’s been a few weeks that 5.6 is out, would it be possible to update the bitbucket UI repo to it?
Also would it be possible to integrate the last pull requests?
I personnaly need this one:
https://bitbucket.org/jlsalvi/ui_textarea/commits/0335508ea769c7b42ac83e075210581248070c6b?at=5.5
Thanks
As stated on the readme on the site, the Unity team don’t actually merge pull requests because the code is a clone of the actual repo used by Unity.
However, they do take changes in manually. If it’s a bug / enhancement, it should really be filled using the Unity bug reporter in the editor (with a link to the PR)
I get this, but there’s already a bug filled, plus there’s a fix:
I’ll be Ok with compiling it by myself the repo but it needs the latest version for the binaries
On a side note this specific Unity repo seems half abandoned, the active branch is still 5.2 and the last sync was for 5.5 back in January
Can someone explain to me why this bug status is set to “Won’ fix” when someone is actually providing a way to fix it???
