Updated to PlasticSCM automatically, hosted on US East, prefer US West

Out team is located in Hawaii. Which is the opposite side of the US from where the Plastic SCM host that we were automatically assigned to–and apparently cannot switch off of–is located. We were not given any input or choice during the automatic migration.

How can I resolve this? What other servers in the US are available–hopefully on the west coast? Will I have to create a whole new org and then choose a server in a location that I prefer?

I’d rather these choices weren’t made without our input, but here we are.

Hi @pat_trick , the US East data center is the only data center available in the US region at this time. During the Collab Migration process, the closest available data center is selected to host your Plastic organization to minimize increases to access time as much as possible. We will be sure to update all users if new data centers are created in the future.
