Updated to Unity 2019.3.12 (From April 29). Have error with HttpUtility

The error is:
error CS0103: The name ‘HttpUtility’ does not exist in the current context

The only posts I saw about this are quite old and not sure if they are relevant. Has anyone else had this issue recently?
I updated from 2019.1.7f1 where I didn’t have this error. Help appreciated!
PS Apologies I duplicated this from General Editor discussion, it seems that was not the right place to post that

Google that error… I think someone else has seen it before and has answers.

I saw that and tried it ( The name 'HttpUtility' does not exist in the current context. ), not working I’m afraid. At least not in 2019.3.12
EDIT: Correction, does seem to work. Wonder what causes this issue in the first place.
