upgrade to Pro license, now I have a License Error

I purchased a pro license for 1 year $1500. I can no longer do anything with Unity. I start the program and I get a license Error. Reinstalled Unity.
I am trying to get this to work on an HP workstation, that previously ran the personal edition.

I tried to use unity support, but they told me to go to the forum.

I get 2 choices “Quit” or “Re-Activate”. Re-activate does not work.
If I select “My Account”, I can’t “go to my account”, Manage Organizations".

Unity stores the license file at one of the following locations.

For Windows: C:\ProgramData\Unity

For macOS: /Library/Application Support/Unity

You could try renaming the file (it has a ULF extension) and see if it corrects itself.

Go here: Unity ID

Then click on “manage other licenses”. Reset your license and reactivate.
