Upgrading from 2018 to 2019 LTS with VR

So using VR (oculus) in 2018 was simple and could turn VR on & off as required (need this).
Now I try upgrading to 2019 and it suggests new XR plugin so I have upgraded to that but the documentation seems almost completely missing for it…

because separately documented in package which has doc links from within package manager…
Is this really the best way to document? Can the main docs link to package documentation?

Regardless I am clueless how to migrate from old 2018 system to new plugin one…
