Upgrading Project from 4.5.5 to Unity 5

I need some serious help everyone,

I have been at this for 2 solid days. I have been trying to upgrade my project from an older version of Unity to Unity 5, but all my plugins are completely greyed out, I cannot access any of them through their respective Editors. uScript, Playmaker, NGUI are my main Plugins.

Can anyone help me out

Have you updated the plugins from the store?

I have, but do I have to do that before or after I port it to Unity 5?

I would recommend after if they have u5 releases
