Upgrading TextMeshPro font asset is not working

I just updated my unity version to the latest one and every time I open a scene I get an alert that Unity is upgrading my font assets. My understanding is that this should only happen once, but it happens every time.
From research on the issue, I have imported all the TMP Essential Resources and all the TMP Examples and Extras. Also, looking at my file preferences, they are not set to read only. These are the only potential fixes I have been able to find and they are not working in this instance. Is there another way to deal with this?

Figured it out. For some reason the Source Font Files were emptied. I needed to replace those and select, Dynamic, in the Atlas Population Mode just below it. Without setting the Atlas Population Mode to Dynamic the Source Font File wasn’t saving.
