You need to use a different version code for your APK because you already have one with version code 1.
in my manifest file it is 2.
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>should i change it else where too?
i changed the bundle version code in player settings.
it solved my problem.

I have the same issue.I increase my Bundle Version Code every time but nevertheless the error occurs. My last Bundle Version Code was 230000 and my current code is 236666 but it won’t work:
According to the error message I already have that version but that is impossible.
Go look in the App bundle explorer
