Uploading new asset: Choosing "Platforms, Versions, SRP, Dependencies" is broken?

I’m uploading a new version of an asset. I click on the Edit button to choose platforms, etc:

And then I’m greeted by this:

As you can see, these should not be Yes/No questions.

Is this a known issue? I don’t have any Ad Block plugins running on this page, so I assume the problem is not simply on my side.

As it turns out, clicking on “Yes” to any of those questions actually reveals a list of checkboxes to choose from. Pretty weird UI choice, but not the dead-end I thought it was.
