UPDATE: My account is now working! No email or update from Unity–my account just inexplicably works now. I’m able to log in to Unity services and launch my project again. Not sure if this was a bug that got resolved or if there was intervention on my behalf from a Unity employee. If the latter was the case thank you whoever you are!!!

I’ve been a dedicated Unity developer for over 10 years. I am a solo indie developer and I’ve been working on my current game for 2 years. I use Unity all day, every day as my primary professional tool. I recently, out of the blue, received an email stating that my account has been suspended. There was no explanation provided. I suspect this may be an error, perhaps triggered by an automated system. I’ve tried to discuss this issue directly with Unity support, but I’ve only encountered automated responses stating that my issue will be addressed in two months. My entire business hinges on access to Unity and I can’t possibly wait 2 months for assistance.
I currently can’t even open Unity to work on my game. Additionally, I have spent thousands of dollars on assets from the Unity Asset Store that are all tied to my account. For me this constitutes a massive investment. I can’t access any of these purchases.
I am in a very desperate situation–I’ve been so stressed I can’t sleep at night. I am hoping someone from Unity’s staff will see this thread and might be able to help me with this issue–or at least point me in the right direction. Any assistance would be extremely appreciated.
