[Urgent] Please help. In app purchase IOS. Users charged but OnPurchaseFailed is called

I just put up a new update, but there was a serious problem where players made purchases and were deducted, but the game get OnPurchaseFailed event.
Before releasing it I tested it through Test Flight and didn’t get this error.
I’m not sure what the cause is, and it’s still affecting my revenue.

I have same problem since 20 hours ago when I update my unity app.

I’m experiencing the same thing since putting out an update. Just spotted the IAP package is now at 4.9.4 - I’ll try with that installed.
