URP 2D Light Normal Map wavy pixels

Anyone have a clue as to why this might be happening?

Character is 64x64 pixels. Using a 2D spot light in URP 11. Unity 2021.1.9f1

Tried turning pixel perfect cam off to no avail, Also created multiple versions of the normal map for the animation to see how height effects it. I know this should work, don’t get what is happening here…

Hi, can you confirm this is a normal map issue? Try disabling the Normal Maps-> Quality setting on the Light2D.
Also if the sprite isn’t animating, do you still see the “swimming” pixels?
