URP Android vs Built-in

Hi there.
i just wondering if i miss some step to improve performance in android using URP.
I have a sample project with one scene and 2 characters, some lights and no more.
With URP i can configure and get all working, but my device reach 25-30fps, no moving, static and watching the scene.
The same project, without URP can reach without problems 60fps stable.
Maybe i miss something in configuration to get URP in low quality better performance, i got disabled HDR, MSAA and other features in both cases.
Looking in documentation and some guides, any suggestion or best case practice to get this improvement in android, any suggestion are welcome.

Been having similar issues here for days. URP just doesn’t seem viable on certain Android devices as of now. Personally getting 35 fps on any empty scene. Gonna test URP 10 before deciding whether to just commit to SRP.
