URP Baked Lighting is looking weird

Hi,

i cannot find out why my roof is looking like this after baking the lights.
I have one directional light and some point lights, thats it.
Does anyone have a tip as to what this could be?

Im using URP with Unity 2022.3.15f1 and PostProcessing



What do the texels look like? If you go to the baked lightmap view mode.
