URP LightProbe problem

Hi, i just upgraded my project from 2019.1 to 2019.3 and with it LWRP to URP.
My build target is iOS.
After building and testing on device (iPhone XS) the lightning data from the lightprobes seems to be broken.

All skinned mesh renderers seem to use the Ambient Color. This results in meshes that are completely red or overly bright dependent on the scene and moving them wont change this. Tried to change shaders, cleared the tracked shader variants, rebuild lightning in all scenes but nothing helps.

did you ever resolve this, our skinned mesh renderers completely ignore light probes despite being set to blend them.
