URP Render Scale + HDR

Hey,

I tried to use Render Scale feature in URP which works fine, but when I enable HDR the camera stops rendering if the Render Scale is not 1f.
So camera in HDR work only with render scale value = 1

Do I miss something? How should I make it work with HDR?
