URP renderer features not working on ios build but work in editor

I’m experiencing an issue where renderer features in URP, specifically designed for an outline effect, work as expected in the Unity editor’s Play mode but do not work on an actual iPhone device after building and running the project. The second render objects which is the original material does render but the first one which is the black outline does not. Any clue what could be happening?
Update: I just ran the webgl build, and it had the same issue
