URP shadows makes me crazzy

I can’t adjust the URP shadows in the orthographic camera to the highest quality no matter what I do

I tried almost every possible combination of split values, but they only made the results worse.

As shown in these two screenshots, I can make the shadows in the scene view fit the model’s feet, but in the orthographic camera view in the game view, the shadows are low quality and have no contact with the model. I have also confirmed that the other bias settings are correct. I have tried all the methods I found on the Internet, and none of them work. The shadows in URP are not even as good as the built in RP !!! But I can’t use HDRP for a toon project, I’m going crazy now

Why ? ? ?

URP shadows are terrible and I can’t get them to be great but the issue with the shadows not lining up with the models could be caused by using an orthographic projection on the camera because that flattens out the image.
The default for 2D projects is orthographic whereas 3D is perspective by default. I’m no unity expert but maybe the camera meant for 2D doesn’t work with shadows?

it’s my mistake, not a problem with URP shadows, since a option of my toon shader can affec shadow distance. now everything is OK. thank you
