URP Version 13.1.8 Decals being reliant on camera positioning

There is an issue in the latest version of URP where decals appear to be reliant on the camera position when rendering, this is creating an issue as I use the decals to telegraph attacks in my game and this breaks such an essential part, does anybody know a fix for this, I updated to a later unity version because of an older issue with decals

Update: Turns out the issue was caused when updating and I just had to create a new URP asset
