Use 3D or URP for the Quest 2?

Hey, I tried to watch some YouTube videos answering this question but they’re fairly old. Can anyone give their thoughts on whether to use 3D (Standard) or URP for Quest development as far as performance is concerned? Im aware that there are quite a few assets that are not compatible for URP yet.

I use Standard. I’ve seen quite a few posts claiming terrible performance (in addition to other problems) with URP.

Urp is very buggy, but the problems are getting ironed out with each release. I’m using it for my starfighter game. I went with urp because I believe it has better prospects for long term support
