Use Alpha In Dashboard broken?

Had an idea for a project where I wanted to try it out, but can’t seem to get it working. Went throught the forums for an answer and have tried different combinations of 0 alpha materials for camera, cube test object and even light. Still a black background in dashboard build. Of course I’ve clicked the checkbox for “Use Alpha”. Camera has been set to Solid Color and Skybox with no luck. I’ve also set the alpha of the camera to 0, no luck.

Anyone else experiencing problems or could you lend me a helping hand?

It does seem to be broken…I always had problems with it even when it worked, though.

same here, it seems like many of the advanced visual capabilities in general mess the alpha in the backbuffer target or disable it completely
