Use of Vulkan Ray-Tracing on Android Devices

I want to create a Ray-Tracing scene on the Unity engine and make a build for the Android device.

Unfortunately, HDRP is not supported by Android devices.
Is there a way to also make HDRP build for Android devices?
->Note: I want to render a single frame only. No need to run Ray-Tracing in realtime
I need a realistic picture from camera.
